Cancelation policy:

If you cancel 24-hours before your scheduled class you will receive a class credit. Cancellations after 24 hours are considered a late cancel. If you do not cancel and don’t show to class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $10.

We are an appointment only studio. You must pre-book a class before attending

Arrival:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts. Bring a water bottle and wear something comfortable to move in!
